According to the announcement, on January 17, 2023, the China National Intellectual Property Administration accepted the case of Xiaomi, the respondent, who infringed on four Chinese patents filed by Huawei, the petitioner. From the content of the case disclosure, the four patents involved in the dispute this time are respectively "methods and devices for sending control signaling", "A method for feedback ACK/NACK information during carrier aggregation, base station and user equipment", "a method and terminal for obtaining panoramic image", "a screen locking method and mobile terminal". From the perspective of patent content, the No. 1 and No. 2 cases involve 4G/LTE technology and belong to the standard essential patent SEP. Cases 3 and 4 involve mobile phone camera and unlock technology, which are not SEP patents.
