Tianji 9000+Configuration

In terms of the current exposure configuration, Tianji 9000+will use TSMC's 4nm process and Armv9 architecture. The eight core CPU includes an Arm with a main frequency up to 3.2GHz; Cortex-X2 super core, 3 ArmCortex-A710 large cores and 4 Arm  Cortex-A510 Energy Efficiency Core. The advanced CPU architecture of Tianji 9000+and the ArmMali-G710 flagship ten core GPU are paired, which improves the performance of the CPU by 5% and the GPU by 10% compared with the previous generation.

In addition, Tianji 9000+also supports LPDDR5X memory, with 8MB built-in; The CPU three-level cache and 6MB system cache are also integrated with 5G baseband and AI processor APU590, which can play an important role in some use scenarios that require extremely low power consumption, such as intelligent rest screen display and constant light of focus screen.

At the same time, MediaTek said that the terminal phones withTianji 9000+will be launched in the third quarter. Compared with Snapdragon 8+, Tianji 9000+has the same manufacturing process as TSMC 4nm. The dominant frequency of the super core of the CPU has been raised to 3.2GHz.
